The rules of the road.

These terms govern your use of app.rankd.uk ("Rankd"), operated by Rankd Ltd. By creating an account or scanning into a Rankd-enabled gig, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

• You must be 16 or over.
• One account per person. We reserve the right to merge duplicates.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.
• Venue accounts are issued by invitation only; the named owner is responsible for moderation, prize fulfillment, and accuracy of venue information.

Points & rewards

• Points are earned by scanning a venue's QR code at a live event you actually attended. They have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged outside Rankd.
• Rankd may, at its sole discretion, void points that appear to have been obtained by gaming, photographing, or sharing QR codes outside the venue.
• Per-venue prizes are set, stocked, and fulfilled by the venue. Rankd is not party to that exchange. Disputes about a specific prize should go to the venue first.
• Rankd-wide rewards are operated by Rankd Ltd. Specific eligibility, draws, and fulfillment timelines are stated on each reward.
• Rankd may adjust point values, expire dormant accounts, or retire rewards with reasonable notice.

Acceptable use

• Don't game the system. No scripted sign-ups, scan farms, or shared QR scams.
• Don't upload abusive, infringing, or illegal images. We'll remove them and may suspend your account.
• Don't scrape, mirror, or republish venue-private data (analytics, top fans, redemptions).

Apple Wallet passes

Adding a Rankd pass to Apple Wallet is optional. The pass updates as your points change and contains the balance, gig count, and a barcode linking to your Rankd card. Apple, Inc. is not affiliated with Rankd.

Liability

Rankd is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. a missed gig because the QR didn't scan in time). Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded by law.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. We can suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or that have been inactive for over 24 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be heard in the courts of England & Wales.
